Meier, 21, is 5 feet 6 and weighs 110 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. She has a tattoo “Love.” Meier was last seen in the area of the 1200 block of 177th Place, Hammond. Anyone with information on Meier’s whereabouts – or that of any known fugitive – may contact task force investigators at 1-888-805-6119 toll-free or by texting “capture” to Tip411 (847411).
