Lowell police seek help in identifying robbery suspects

The Lowell Police Department is investigating a distraction theft that occurred at Sickinger’s Jewelry on Dec. 30.

Policy say two rings with a total value of nearly $6,300 were stolen when an employee was distracted while showing engagement rings to a prospective customer and her alleged fiance.

Both subjects fled the scene. The incident was captured on the store’s surveillance system. Anyone who can identify the suspects is asked to contact Detective David Lee of the Lowell Police Department at 696-0411.
