There is a tradition of helping others that shows up in a large way in the Roger and Donna Pace household. They got it from their parents and theirs before them.
They have spread that sense of giving among the sales associates at the company they own, Re/Max Pace Realty.
Twenty people there have committed part of their commission to Riley Hospital for Children, via the Children’s Miracle Network. They are: Jennifer Bailey, Gina Bracco, Barbara Budgin, JoEllen Catlow, Shirley Clark, Minakshi Ghuman, Jan Green, Cathy Hicks, Brian Howerton, Cheryl Kasparian, Jayme Kennedy, George Kymakis, Ruth Lang, Jane McMullan, Jean Oehlman, Roger Pace, Jim Powell, Laura Ross, David Whitehead and Tiffany Wythe.
Donna Burrell Pace and Roger Pace are bursting with pride that so many members of their staff are willing to take money that they have to live on to help continue this giving tradition.
The Burrell Family made possible the Burrell Cancer Center attached to Franciscan St. Anthony Medical Center in Crown Point. The Burrell and Pace families are founding sponsors of St. Jude House, a home for abused women and children to be safe.
Roger and Donna do like to add a little fun and flare to what they do. They are the people who bring you that big hot-air balloon that says Re/Max on the side. They flew it over the fairgrounds last year. This year they are planning on sending that big red, white and blue hot-air balloon over the Crown Point Corn Roast.
Re/Max has raised over $115 million for children’s hospitals across the country.
