An all-you-can-eat Halloween pancake breakfast is at White Eagle Park Hall, 2107 Welnetz Road, Michigan City. Costume contest for children ages 1 to 12 takes place at 10:30 a.m. Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for senior citizens, $5 for ages 6 to 12 and free admission for ages 4 and under, sponsored by Polish Business and Professional Club.
