Two scrumptious fruit desserts — Triple Berry Fruit Crisp from the kitchens of Spice Islands and Southern Peach Cobbler, a Swap Shop favorite submitted by Catherine Collins two years ago — are perfect for requests, respectively, from readers G.F. of Saint Charles and C.J.P. of Chicago.
Visits to farmers markets can result in the sweet-to-perfection fresh berry combinations starring in the Triple Berry Fruit Crisp. And keep in mind that cinnamon isn’t just cinnamon — this recipe calls for Spice Islands Ground Saigon Cinnamon, made from Vietnam’s famous cassia trees, which translates into a richer, sweeter cinnamon with red-hot-candy-like flavor.
The Ground Saigon Cinnamon also will enhance the Southern Peach Cobbler, which is even more decadent when served with a scoop of ice cream or topped with whipped cream or a splash of half-and-half.

Please help me find a recipe for what I think was called Coconut-Lemon Dream Bars. The bars include coconut, walnuts and a glaze plus they have a lemon-sugar topping.

I enjoyed these on a trip to the Southwest and would love to make them for my family.
