Vaso and Milka Popovich of Hebron announce the engagement of their son, Stephen Nicholas Popovich of Naperville, Ill., to Kaitlin Marie Wegner of Naperville, daughter of Bob and Michelle Wegner of Inverness, Ill.
The bride-to-be earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education at Purdue University and teaches first grade at Pierce Downer Elementary School in Downers Grove, Ill.
The prospective bridegroom earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at Wabash College in Crawfordsville. He works at Groupon in Chicago.
They plan a July wedding in Cabos San Lucas, Mexico.
