Lisa Mendyke and Wayne Thomas announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Thomas of Merrillville, to Nathan Hochgesang, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Hochgesang of Jasper.
The bride-to-be graduated from Merrillville High School and is a hair stylist at Salon Amara in Valparaiso.
The prospective bridegroom graduated from Jasper High School and works for Keusch Glass Inc.
They plan a July wedding.
