Halls celebrate 50 years

The Rev. and Mrs. Lloyd Dalton Hall recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by renewing their vows at Gethsemane Baptist Church, followed by a reception at Lake Etta County Park in Gary.
Members of the original wedding party who attended were Burnette Ambler of Kansas City, Kan.; Maurice Ambler of Dallas, and Grace Lane of Kansas City, Mo.
Their children are Kammille Brinker of Merrillville and Keith Hall and Lloyd Hall III, both of Dallas.
They have eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The honorees were married Aug. 25, 1962, in Parsons, Kan.
