Chicago Heights teen shot to death in East Chicago

A 17-year-old Chicago Heights teen was shot to death in East Chicago, a suburb in Northwest Indiana, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Christian Taylor died after he was shot at least once in the 4300 block of Baring Avenue, the medical examiner’s office said.
Taylor, of the 1300 block of Wentworth Avenue in Chicago Heights, was transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he died at an unspecified time on Sunday, the medical examiner’s office said.
