Increase: 14 percent

The hit: One-way toll increases from $3.50 to $4

*CTA base fares remain flat, but other rate hikes include the No. 128 Soldier Field Express bus, from $1 one-way to $5 round trip; the “reduced” 30-day fare for seniors and disabled, from $35 to $50; regular 30-day pass, from $86 to $100.Metra 10-ride ticket:

Increase: 11 percent (10 rides no longer available for the price of nine)

The hit from downtown: To closest zone (A), from $24.75 to $27.50; to farthest zone (M), from $83.25 to $92.50
