A fatal crash involving three vehicles and a motorcycle early Monday morning shut down the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80/94 during the morning rush hour, according to Indiana State Police.
A crash involving two semi-trucks, a car and a motorcycle about 3:55 a.m. on the Borman Expressway (I-80/94) near Burr left one person dead, Indiana State Police Sergeant Chad Woody said.
Two other people were treated for minor injuries and released at an area hospital, Woody said.
The eastbound lanes of the expressway were still closed as of 7:15 a.m. and traffic was routed onto Burr, Woody said.
