Wheatfield man charged with molesting 13-year-old relative

RENSSELAER -- A 37-year-old man is behind bars Friday after being charged with child molesting and incest, according to Indiana State Police.

Timin R.D. Loeschke of Wheatfield was arrested by troopers on child molesting and incest charges Thursday, a release from ISP said.

Detectives began investigating Loeschke last year when Michigan State Police contacted ISP about a 13-year-old girl reportedly molested in Indiana, the release said. The alleged incidents took place from July through October of 2011.

Loeschke was being held in the Jasper County Jail in Rensselaer on $50,000 bond after being charged with one count of child molesting and one count of incest. Both charges are felonies.
