Paulino Salazar is the fugitive of the week. The U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force is looking for Salazar, who was charged in U.S. District court in Hammond Nov. 176 with conspiracy to participate in racketeering activity and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana. Salazar, 30, is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in the 8300 block of South Baker Street, Chicago.
