Charles Kindred is the fugitive of the week. The U.S. Marshals Service Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force is looking for Kindred, who was charged in Lake Superior Court Aug. 13 with confinement, battery and intimidation. Kindred, 61, is 5 feet 6 and weighs 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in the 4800 block of Connecticut Street, Gary. Anyone with information on Kindred’s whereabouts – or that of any known fugitive – may contact task force investigators by calling toll-free (888) 805-6119 or by texting “capture” to Tip411 (847411).
