Road reopens after main break

CROWN POINT — Southbound Main Street just south of Summit Street was reopened around 1:20 p.m. Saturday after an early morning water main break forced officials to close the street for repairs.
The water main ruptured between 3 and 4 a.m., according to police. The road was closed for almost 10 hours.
