Marshals seek Hammond man for failure to register

Larry Lisek is the fugitive of the week. The U.S. Marshals Service Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force is looking for Lisek, who was charged Nov. 15 in Lake Superior Court with failure to register as a sex or violent offender. Lisek, 53, is 5 feet 8 and weighs 175 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. His last known address is in the 500 block of State Street, Hammond.
