School board members sworn in
The newly elected School City of East Chicago Board of School Trustees will take the oath of office at a public ceremony Saturday.
Frank Rivera, Joel Rodriguez, Terence Hill, Stacy Dixon-Winfield, Jesse Gomez, Drake Morris, Kenneth Monroe, Stephanie Ramos and Mariecruz Segura-Perez will be sworn in at 3 p.m. at the East Chicago Central High School Auditorium, 1100 W. Columbus Drive. Glenda Ritz, Indiana State Superintendent of Public Instruction will attend the program.
