Vidal Chavarria is the fugitive of the week. The U.S. Marshals Service Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force is looking for Chavarria, who was charged in Lake Superior Court with battery with a deadly weapon. Chavarria, 19, is 5 feet 6 and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. His last known address is in the 4800 block of Grasselli Street, East Chicago.
