South Korean officers joined local agencies in canine search-and-rescue exercises in Hobart on Thursday. They received training from Lillian Hardy, manager of the Indiana Department of Homeland Security search and rescue K-9 training program, and Northwest Indiana K-9 officers. The Hobart Police Department facilitated the exercises.
