‘Pennies From Heaven’ showers funds on Hilltop House

JC Penney in Valparaiso awarded over $11,000 collected durint its annual “Pennies From Heaven” campaign to Hilltop Neighborhood House. The money was collected from customers who “rounded up” their purchases to the nearest dollar during 2011. Hilltop will use the donation to provide scholarships for childcare to parents who are working or in school.
