GARY

Doctorate at ISU: Gary native Roddran Grimes received her doctorate degree in education during December commencement at Indiana State University in Terre Haute. Grimes earned a bachelor’s degree in safety management in 1982 and has worked near Atlanta in the health-care technology field and as a middle school special education teacher.
