Book signing: Beth Douglass Silcox is having a book signing Saturday, Jan. 19, at the LaPorte County Historical Society Museum, 2405 Indiana Ave. She will be presenting a talk and signing her book at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Copies of her children’s book, “Little Rumely Man,” will be on sale for $10 each.
