Why did police have to kill the two bucks that got locked up in Ellendale? Nobody ever heard of tranquilizer guns?

I thought the Gary state-of-the-city address was a very nice event. Lots of plans and promises but next time mayor, please just play a CD for the national anthem. Keep it simple. The more simple the better.
It’s unbelievable that they arrested that couple out in Portage for sneaking in on a movie and charged them with a felony. Why didn’t they just throw them out of the show and ban them?
