Spring fundraiser: The Gabriel Rocha Foundation will host its first spring fundraiser, a dinner-dance and auction to benefit their charitable outreach programs, from 6 p.m. to midnight, Saturday, April 27. The event is being held at the Duneland Falls Banquet Center, 1100 Max Mochal Hwy., and will include both live and write-in auction opportunities and entertainment. Cost is $50. Kindergarten registration: Parents are asked to register at the school their child will attend from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 25.
