Musical performance and dance recital: The Concert Choir and Dance Department from the Wirt-Emerson School of Visual and Performing Arts is presenting a free performance based upon the civil rights struggle at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, in the Bergland Auditorium in the Savannah Center at Indiana University Northwest, 3400 Broadway. The event is sponsored by the Department of Minority Studies and African-American Studies.
Screening of “The Fourth Partition”: The documentary film on Polish immigrants in Chicago and Northwest Indiana, “The Fourth Partition,” is being shown following the noon Polish Mass at approximately 1:15 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, at Salvatorian Fathers Millennium Hall, 5755 Pennsylvania St. Cost is $10 for adults and $6 for children.
