This led to a felony charge of intimidation on top of his original arrest for alleged public intoxication, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct, which are all misdemeanors.
Police had been called at about 3 p.m. Thursday to remove Sutherland from Aaron’s Sales and Lease, at 6038 Central Ave., which he said he entered to get warm. His blood-alcohol level was 0.37 percent, police said.
