Is anyone besides me getting catalogs to buy Christmas decorations, cards and ornaments for next year? Good grief.
The comment Gov. Mitch Daniels made about Barack Obama splitting the nation is the pot calling the kettle black. Daniels is splitting Indiana by flip-flopping on the right-to-work bill. This is wrong for Hoosiers.
It should be interesting to see how many union employees decide to have representation without paying their dues.
For 31 years, I paid my union dues and never got anything in return. If you keep your nose to the grindstone, don’t steal from your employer or hit your supervisor, you do not need a union.
I bet the Super Bowl wouldn’t be played in Indianapolis if all the NFL players refused to play because of the right-to-work bill. That would be really great and teach the Republicans a lesson.
Talk about dysfunctional families; look to Washington. They are our role models and the only dysfunctional people I see.
Hats off to State Sen. Karen Tallian for drafting Senate Bill 347, which will decriminalize the possession of 3 ounces or less of marijuana. It’s a baby step, but we are heading in the right direction.
I thought I was paying $2.89 for gas, then found out it was for milk. It’s not right for a gas station to advertise that way, and neither is $2.89 for milk.
To the person who picked up our dog on County Road 450 West: Let him pass peacefully with his family.
