Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich are like two dogs fighting over a bone. By the time this election ends, I’ll be so sick of it I won’t care if Daffy Duck wins.
Yeah, Mitt Romney made his own money, but he put it in offshore banks. Then, he lays off and gets rid of workers after they made him that money.
When can I quit paying my union dues? I have been paying for six years and got nothing in return. I could buy a lot of groceries for my family with that money.
I, too, have 32 years of paying union dues. When I retire at the end of this year, I still will have my full pension and health insurance because of my union, compared to the nonunion company employees who retired and had theirs taken away three years ago and their pensions cut in half.
People join union safety committees so they can get free meals and play video games. They actually get very good at Mario and Pac Man. They gain a few pounds as well.
To the person who wrote that he’s “still waiting for union representation:” Who do you think negotiated for the good wages and benefits that you enjoy? You fool!
I don’t think people are unhappy, per se. I just think they don’t have any tolerance, for anybody else’s opinion. It’s a me-me-me society that takes up the day.
Hmm ... drug-testing bill pulled after an amendment was added requiring lawmakers to submit to testing? So, what are you saying?
To the person who wants to ban all pit bulls: What’s your address? I’m sending my out-of-control, vicious pit and all his friends over to bite you.
