When are people going to understand that pit bulls are unpredictable. How many more “dog bites child” stories before you get it? Who is more important — your dog or your child?
So your enjoyment of fireworks is like my enjoyment of looking at art and listening to music? Does my enjoyment of art and music frighten your children and wake them up? Does it scare your dog, causing him to lose bladder control?
When I become emperor of the land, my first act will be to enforce the fireworks laws strictly. Those who fail to adhere will be relocated to a remote island, permanently.
To the person who’s lighting fireworks: Not all of us like them. It’s insensitive. Stop it.
I just don’t see the fascination with fireworks, unless it’s a community-sponsored 4th of July event. These people don’t care if they disturb entire neighborhoods, as long as they get their pleasure. Their behavior is selfish and juvenile.
Now they have really crossed the line — a new reality show called “Push Girls” about women in wheelchairs. This is not how disabled women live.
Before any new charter schools are allowed, we need to understand what happened to the closed ones.
I don’t have a problem with police officers taking their squad cars home, but they should not be driving them out of the county or out of state. You forget that taxpayers pick up the gas tab.
How do you steal $14,000 from your employer by writing company checks to pay personal expenses for yourself and your children? Devious enough to steal, but stupid enough to be blatant about it.
