Was anyone surprised that Tramel Raggs would face no charges from a special prosecutor?

In the past month I have received at least six unsolicited credit card applications with interest ranging from 24 to 34 percent and yearly fees of $175. Who pays this kind of interest? The bankruptcy courts must be very busy.
Why do people think they have the right to question
you about the specifics of any inheritance or insurance payoffs coming to you? This is a personal issue and extremely rude to discuss among gossip mongers.
