Thank you for always being such a good friend, Melissa. I will miss you. The whole world has lost one of the kindest souls ever created, but I know you are still with us, helping us from your spot in heaven.
I was going through my desk at work and ran across a wedding ring that was found in the parking lot where I work in Merrillville, off Broadway at 86th Place. It has an inscription inside. Please publish this so its owner can claim it.
Oh, Michelle Obama showed her arms again, and her nail polish matched the bottom of her dress. That’s it; I’m voting for Barack Obama now. Geez, give me a break. You’d think the woman walked on water or something.
I read about the brain-eating amoeba that’s loose now. Maybe that explains the high ratings for “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.”
Members of this me-me society don’t care about the hardships of others. They’re too busy looking in the mirror.
People are so fragile today; anything you say to them, they take as a personal attack. It’s called a question, people. Try to work your way through it.
Inconsiderate people should stop tailgating others before they cause an accident because they’re in a hurry. They’ll break the law by speeding, yet won’t
go around you on a two-lane road.
Thank you to the anonymous person who bought my lunch at Rosewood in Portage. You helped me get through a very sad day. Thank you for your kindness.
Is it legal to ride a bicycle on a busy street while talking on your cell phone? I think not.
