The people that put on the dancing, fireworks and birthday cake for Johan’s birthday at the Hobart-Griffith game did a fantastic job. I, for one, really enjoyed it. Good, good job. Thank you. And it is great we won.
A “natural playground” at Sunset Hill Farm Park? Why waste money on something like that? That whole place is a natural playground without spending a dime. Add some new equipment that kids enjoy and can build strength and just be kids on.
Hey Valparaiso, notice how the V-Line bus windows are now plastered with advertising? Wonder if the real reason is to hide the fact that generally there are only three riders on at a time.
The Valparaiso yard sign enforcers were so diligent about Democratic signs last election. Why is there a Mourdock sign up on Franklin well before 30 days before the election? Or is that date no longer enforced?
Suggestion to the person who is upset about waiting for the school busses in Portage: Stay off Central Avenue at 3 p.m. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that’s when school lets out. And yes, they’re public roads, roads that the busses have every right to use while they bring my children home from school.
