I love the new Crown Point Library, but I feel sorry for the staff. Double the customers, but the same number of workers to assist them.
Just saying, somebody in Valparaiso has roundabout fever. It always gives me a good laugh.

neighborhood of Gary is not in a state of decay. Where have you been?
The owners of the Broadway Plaza in Merrillville at 54th Avenue and Broadway should give the Merrillville Police Department free rent, just for patrolling that area.
Hey, city of Portage, what are we supposed to do with our old garbage cans when we get our new totes? Should we all bring them down to City Hall? Since when do we need “amnesty” for pickup of large items? We are not doing anything wrong. Is there a $100 replacement charge for totes that are damaged because they are left in the driveway or in the street?
