What is wrong in our society when a 12-year-old girl in East Chicago is in jail for stabbing a 17-year-old girl? Heaven help us.
How can the Gary mayor head the Sanitary District while being a full-time mayor?
The city of Portage is an entity, not a person. It is incapable of thinking. People think, and no, they don’t care about your age.
Let the state take over Gary’s airport, really? Then they can do for the airport like they did for the Cline Avenue bridge.
People of Gary, please, you must pay your taxes. You need firemen, schools, policemen. There are too many homes on the tax sale. You need the tax money.
Why can’t the people in Valparaiso vote on getting Lake Michigan water instead of drilling for a new well with more lousy hard water?
I’m calling about the Portage garbage can situation. In Lake Station we have the smaller cans with the smaller price for seniors. Maybe Portage should check that out.
