If you take an opportunity to visit the new Central Park Plaza in Valparaiso instead of complaining about it, you will find that it is wonderful. We visited several times last summer and fall and look forward to the many wonderful free community programs offered there this year. Get a life in this wonderful town!
It’s been more than 40 years since the International Association of Chiefs of Police came to Gary and had a crime-mapping strategy just like they have today. It didn’t work then, it’s not new and it’s not going to work now.
I see where Gary hired some lawyer firm out of Indianapolis for $10,000 a month. I really don’t believe the city needs to invest in something like that. I believe we have a competent lawyer or two around here. We don’t need to invest in a whole firm.
Can anyone tell me why our tax dollars are patching holes on 41st Avenue west of Cleveland Street when that whole section is being replaced and redone supposedly?
I really don’t think anyone will shoot the bald eagles considering the police station is right on the lake. Good luck with that.
