Now that the Gary bill has been signed would someone please cut the grass at Glen Park Academy?
There is a black long-fur cat with white paws roaming 36th Avenue and Carolina Street in Gary that has a flea collar on its neck. Cats should be indoors, as he can hang himself or choke when it gets tighter when he grows. Please remove it and keep your cat inside.
I see the retired Crown Point cops are upset because of no raises. I’m a retired steelworker and I haven’t had a raise in my pension for years. Stop your crying.
If you want to know what Rudy Clay did to make him such a good mayor, ask Jerry Davich. He seems to know everything.
Portage is following in Valparaiso’s footsteps. Apply for every available grant possible to beautify your city. Who cares that our government is broke.
I just don’t understand why the people in Black Oak didn’t fight harder to save Grissom School. There could have been a protest, they could have had marches. The only school here for the kids and they just let it go.
