How many of these expensive laptops, Chrome books and iPads will be left on the school bus? Students leave books, gym bags and phones on the bus. It seems TIF funds should stay in the school buildings. That $265,720 really would help the teachers out in the classrooms! Keep the iPads, laptop and Chrome books in the classrooms.
