I watched on PBS a show about the history of our region and the early days of Gary. We are lucky to have our immigrants!
Gee, neighbor, thanks for the ashes and burned spots on our car and deck from your fire Friday night. If you want to burn your house down from your carelessness, be my guest, but you won’t burn my property. This is the second time my new car has been burned from a neighbor’s careless actions and this is the last time. And yes, I filed a report with the police.
The Sojourner Truth House’s “Walking for a Cause” was supposed to be a walk not a motorcycle ride. What are motorcycles doing at a walk?
How is building a hangar at the Gary Chicago Airport going to help Gary? Gary needs airlines in there, not investors.
I was wondering why Crown Point can’t hold its festivals at the fairgrounds or at the new sports facility instead of blocking up the streets in downtown and causing traffic back-ups for blocks.
