Reading about the demonstration over in Hammond at the courthouse concerning the Trayvon Martin case, we the citizens of Gary would like to know why we didn’t have a march here in our own city so we could come and support it.
The Gary police or the DNR need to patrol the Little Cal trail more. You got more and more of these ATV vehicles or quads flying all over these trails. They’re zipping pass Clark Road like nobody’s business.
Why is the Gary school board playing musical chairs with the principal jobs?
I am part time, not getting health insurance but working 40 hours a week and sometimes overtime. I was told that effective Sept. 1, I will be reduced to 24 hours a week because of Obamacare, and I still won’t have insurance.
Responsible dog owners have collars and tags on their dogs. If there had been a collar on those dogs in Crown Point they wouldn’t have been earmarked as coyotes!
The town of Griffith might as well remove the no-left-turn sign going on to Ridge Road from the post office because no one pays attention to it any way.
