Forcing criminals to serve in the armed forces is not a good idea. You can’t force someone to be a good soldier or Marine. He or she has to want to serve. If you served in the military you would understand that. Draftees were forced into the military but that is not the same as forcing a criminal into the military. You have to be law-abiding and be able to follow the rules and regulations.
Now the Rabid Right has its own scientists debunking the idea that water is good for you, all because Michelle Obama has encouraged us to drink more of it. Maybe it’s the anti-climate change scientists doing a little overtime work.
We are so tired of you paid anti-Obama bashers inundating Quickly with your nonsense. It’s not going to work. Your do-nothing Congress and your selfish 1 percenters will almost assure another victory for Democrats in 2014 and 2016. Keep up the good work.
About the inheritence tax, please eliminate it now, in 2014, not in 2022. My money is not a gift to the state. My money is a gift to my family.
While the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution will be hashed and rehashed for years we can all understand what “shall not be infringed” means. The question is : Do you know what “well-regulated” means? The sacrosanct First Amendment does not give one the right to “yell ‘fire’ in a crowded theater.”
I thought the first thing you would understand about a gun is you never point it at someone and you always assume it is loaded. How dumb that a little boy died over stupidity.
If you have to hold your pants up to run, should not that tell you that’s where they should be in the first place?
