One Quickly reader forgot about the best part of union representation — the summer picnic. If that isn’t worth my $52, then what is?
Another mentally ill man gets his hands on an AR 15, and just like that it’s the guns fault again! I sure hope my computer doesn’t start spelling out curse words. I’ll be helpless if it does.
The gap between the 99 percenters and the 1 percenters is growing daily. Those 1 percenters just keep getting richer and richer. So line up like little ducklings, and do what you’re told.
Everybody is always talking about moving forward, like that’s some kind goal we should all try to achieve. Just where is it we’re trying to go? This forward theory doesn’t appear to be working.

I’ve been laid up with a broken leg since July. Just wanted to give thanks to all those who have called and come to visit; brought food, magazines and beverages; and helped drive my children around and get me where I’ve needed to go. Your kindness will not be forgotten any time soon. It’s good to have great friends and family.
I think it’s sad that “Survivor” is pitting family against one another. Their tagline is “Would you betray your family for a million dollars?” These kind of shows need to stop.
