If GOP wins presidency, Congress, there will be cuts

The media is putting a big emphasis on the presidential race, but nothing is being said about what would happen if Mitt Romney is elected and the Republicans gain control of both houses.

In my opinion, the following would occur in the next four years: Social Security will be privatized and the monthly benefit will go down by 20 to 25 percent. Medicare will be privatized and the premium will go up and only pay 60 to 70 percent. States will be allowed to privatize Medicaid. They got permission to do this in some counties in Florida, and it has been a failure. The health care bill will be repealed, and millions will be without health care. The VA will be privatized and services to vets reduced. Romney has said he would consider it.

Republicans have been trying to privatize these programs for more than 10 years. Business is going to make a profit no matter how it affects people. Romney said at the NAACP convention he would eliminate every program he could find.

Since 1980, Republicans aggressively have pursued the agenda to eliminate the middle class, and they are winning. Look how much wealth the middle class lost under President Bush.

Obama was wrong to allow illegals to stay in the U.S.

On June 15, President Obama sold out this country by issuing an executive order — no deporting of useless illegals.

He did so without asking Congress; this shows what an embarrassment he is. He didn’t ask taxpayers, and we pay his salary. All it will do is hurt this great country.

These useless illegals are not welcome; they have their own schools in their countries. If Obama wants to get re-elected, he never should have issued this order; he should have done what taxpayers wanted him to do — deport them. He doesn’t deserve to be president. He sold us out.

When humans think they’re God, the end is near for all

Generation after generation of people have developed the same false and fatal condition, and the stakes never have been higher.

The condition is called T.H.I.S. — The Human Invincibility Syndrome. The symptoms are blind ambition, uncontrollable greed, constant wars and total absence of fear, even of God.

Only the fear of God and his wrath can cure this condition.

Like an ant who believes he is a whale, any man who lives and believes he is God soon dies. A man who can respect and truly appreciate his gift from God called Earth can change the trend and live on.

Faster than a beat of a hummingbird’s wing, God can transform the Earth back to the way it was before it was touched by human hands.

Would you give people like us a second chance?
