Making guns illegal in U.S.
won’t reduce crime

You think making guns illegal will take them off the streets?

Then why don’t we make heroin, cocaine and meth illegal, too? Well, if they’re already illegal, it doesn’t appear to have had much of an effect on drug pushers.

You just want to annihilate our Second Amendment. If you think criminals will abide by anti-gun laws, you are some special kind of stupid. All you’re doing is disarming honest Americans.

“Gun control is the theory that becoming a victim is somehow morally superior to defending yourself and family.” This might make sense if you’re a moron.

Some people drive intoxicated and kill people, so why shouldn’t everyone have to give up their cars because of those drunks’ crimes? Same stupid thinking.

One in two people in Switzerland has guns, and they enjoy a violent crime rate so low they don’t even keep statistics anymore.

No matter how you slice it, the only thing that will stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.

Obama should be concerned about the aborted children

The Obama administration is using little children for political reason to get the mothers’ support for his agenda.

President Obama is using children to get sympathy for the people. Yet, it’s terrible what happened at the school shooting.

What about the 1.5 million abortions that happened in the last two years the president was in office? What about those little children who were murdered. They never got a chance to live.

Where are the laws protecting those little ones — 1.5 million?

Also, the Obama administration is using our tax money for these abortions; it’s unbelievable what his administration is doing.

They are dividing our country; the people who read this should check out the facts what this Obama administration is doing to America.

We all need to get on our knees and pray that God will help America to be good again.

Injury makes you appreciate things you take for granted

On Dec. 23, I fractured my heel. You don’t realize all the simple things you take for granted until you don’t have them.

It takes three times longer to do the simplest task.

I thank my family for getting me to doctor appointments, and getting my groceries to me; my neighbor, Janice, for looking in on me, and thanks to my many friends for their concern for me.

You have to appreciate the simple things in life. I look forward to the time my heel is better.
