Obama, government out to take all our guns
I had high hopes for this president; going in he certainly talked a good game. But as it turns out he’s just another silver tongued politician!
He’s talking air striking Syria without UN approval. China, Russia and Iran warned there will be serious consequences if this happens. What purpose does the UN serve if we don’t adhere to their recommendations? The Brits backed off. I’m not callous, the chemical attack is heartbreaking but we are not the world police! We’ve still got a chaotic mess hanging around in Pakistan that’s ripping off billions of U.S. dollars and going nowhere!
Our troops are being spread around the planet, is there enough left to defend the home front? John Doe citizen won’t be able to if the government takes our guns! Yeah I know they say “they only want to take assault rifles and clips with lots of bullets.” We all know how the government works they would never stop ‘til they had all the guns!
I’m pretty sure if a foreign entity showed up on U.S. soil to wage a conflict my weapon of choice would be an assault rifle with hundred-round clips. Our founding fathers were very intelligent people. That why it says “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” What is not to understand? Infringed = Don’t touch, leave it alone, no addendums attached! Any attempt to change the 2nd Am. is unconstitutional!
