First baby arrives at new Porter County hospital

VALPARAISO — Porter Regional Hospital already has its newest addition.

At 7:45 p.m. Saturday — less than 14 hours after the new hospital at 85 E. U.S. 6 opened its doors — it welcomed its first baby.
