Lake Central (5-1) at Chesterton (3-2), 7 p.m.

Radio: 90.5-FM, 107.1-FM

The skinny: This key Duneland Conference game will come down to a once flourishing Chesterton offense against a Lake Central defense that seems to be getting stronger each week. The Indians keep dealing with injuries on offense, especially at the quarterback position, but that side of the ball has held up thanks to Brandon Scott, who had 148 yards rushing and two touchdowns against Michigan City last week. The LC defense is giving up less than nine points per game, and that includes a 27-9 loss to Munster to start the season. Chesterton’s offense was held to 14 points each of the last two games.
