Victim No. 1 has two tattoos on his right forearm: one is described as a jail-type modified cross and the other as a modified rectangle, according to the Indiana State Police.
Victim No. 2 was possibly last seen near Terre Haute, Ind., between State Road 63 and US 41. He was found near Victim No. 1 in Newton County.
