The 59ers got a tough road win against Lafayette Central Catholic.

The Mustangs are consistently good in victory and defeat.

5. Bowman Academy

The Eagles have won three straight since losing to Romulus out of Michigan.

6. Valparaiso

The Vikings got past Merrillville after the Pirates lost to LaPorte last week.

7. Merrillville

The Pirates have a chance to beat LC after losing a close one to the Indians earlier this season on the road.

8. North Judson

The Bluejays won two last week. They shouldn’t have a problem against Rensselear tonight.

9. Hebron

The Hawks are the slight favorites in the PCC Tournament this week.

10. Kouts

The Mustangs are the reason Hebron is only a slight favorite in the PCC Tournament.

Player of the Week

Josh Fleming, LaPorte

Fleming, who scored 18 points for the Slicers in a 71-69 overtime victory over Merrillville on Friday, scored the game-winner on a driving layup with 6.4 seconds left after he deflected a Pirates pass.
