Catcher: Jake Wright, KV SENIOR

Raves: Led the state with 59 hits and got on base 67 percent of the time.

First Base: Devin Bafia, Valparaiso senior

By the numbers: .388, 24 RBI; 8-4, 2.95 ERA

Raves: Earned the pitching win in all three sectional games against Chesterton, CP and Portage.

Second Base: David Bolla, Wheeler senior

By the numbers: .480, 43 R, 17 RBI, 23 SB

Raves: Finally healthy, he put up monster numbers; split time at second base and shortstop.

Shortstop: Kody Alayon, Noll senior
