P-t boys top 10
1. Munster
The Mustangs (11-0) are still the team to beat. Does that ever get old for opponents? They play Chesterton on Saturday.
2. Andrean
The 59ers (9-0) play at Hobart and at home against Lafayette Catholic Central this week. LCC could be tricky.
3. Merrillville
The Pirates (9-1) have won five straight after losing a close one to Andrean last month. They play LaPorte tonight.
4. Bishop Noll
The Warriors (9-0) play River Forest tonight after beating Michigan City Marquette in a big game last week.
5. Valparaiso
The Vikings (9-2) play Portage tonight. They beat Michigan City in a tough game last week.
6. Marquette
The Blazers (6-2) lost a heartbreaker to Noll last week. They have North Newton and St. Ignatius today and Saturday.
7. Chesterton
The Trojans (5-4) have won three straight after losing to Valparaiso on Dec. 21. Michigan City and Munster on back-to-back nights is not ideal scheduling.
8. Lake Central
The Indians (5-4) are on a three-game win streak. They play Crown Point tonight.
9. Bowman
The Eagles (3-7) beat Lake Station by 30 this week. Look for them to climb to .500.
10. Lew Wallace
The Hornets (7-5) climb into the last spot after an impressive win over Hammond this week.
Player
of the Week
